Retrofit Assessors visit properties and carry out surveys. These surveys are necessary to inform the decisions about which energy efficiency measures should be installed. Certified energy assessors evaluate a home’s energy performance and recommend suitable retrofit measures including insulation, heating systems and overall energy users. Building surveyors assess a property’s condition and structural integrity. Drone surveyors – use droves to conduct aerial thermal surveys of a property.
